What To Expect

  • We’ll meet at a mutually agreeable venue.
  • I’ll ask you questions about your perfect event and learn what impact you’re aiming for. I’ll help you explore your likes and dislikes and I’ll also ask you about your intended budget and help you make some wise decisions to help you balance your dreams against your budget.
  • Armed with this information, I’ll start to develop some initial thoughts and ideas about colors, styles and arrangements. I will show you samples to demonstrate what I’ve done in the past, but what I do for you will be unique. Once you’re happy, we’ll meet again and start working out the details.
  • I will ask to meet with your event planner if you have one, the venue management, your photographer and your caterer. I don’t like to leave anything to chance and will make sure that you can concentrate on enjoying the experience. If you don’t have an event planner, don’t worry, I can help you.
  • Sometime prior to the event, we’ll meet at the venue and will walk through the arrangements.
  • From that point on, you just need to show up for the event. I’ll keep in contact with you, but you can relax, safe in the knowledge that everything will be taken care of!
  • On the day of the event, I will be there in person to oversee setting out of the flowers and to take care of attaching boutonnieres and corsages for the bridal party and to take care of any last-minute ‘oops’ moments.
  • You will have my undivided attention throughout from the point of confirming your booking with me. And that means you will experience the unique, personal and elegant service that is Twigs and Flowers By Design!
